My younger sister -Anindita Ray (now married) -  MBA in Human Resource Development from Jadavpur University.  Currently residing in Boston, with her husband and employed with an U.S firm in the Consulting Service Department.

A. Role & Responsibilities:
1. Design of course content to ensure sensitization, familiarization and imparting in-depth knowledge on all aspects of Retail Liability/ Assets products and Retail Banking Operation processes, with a special emphasis on Application software i.e Finacle and FCRM.
2. To execute the adopted training methodology through classroom and lab drills.
3. Design evaluation procedure to measure training effectiveness.
B. Imparting of Softskills training:
1.  Language Improvement- Barriers to communication, Importance and nature of   communication, Essentials of good communication, Active and Importance of listening.
2. Accent neutralization- Diction and sound drills, Regional language influence
