I completed my MBA in 2013 from a central government institution and was offered a handsome off-campus placement package. I did want to go for a job but then sometimes you have to make difficult choices. We have a lucrative running family business right in the heart of town and it would become difficult for my family if I were to join a job. I had interest in my business too and my masters was in retail. So I chose to work for myself rather than somebody else. Presently I am assisting my family in our ladies fashion house and it is going great. My elder brother assists dad in our handloom store and hotel. I also was a trainer for Govt. Of India's skill development scheme, which is an assignment based job.

I am not perfect, so I do not expect my partner to be perfect too. We all have our flaws. Its human after all!!! Having said that, it is also natural that to have a healthy relationship between two individuals you have to have some shared values and beliefs. You can't expect the same life after you get married. Some changes are bound to occur. If a person is adaptable it becomes easy for both the family and individual. Being expressive is another important virtue to me. Its okay to expect some basic understanding , but hoping that one would understand everything without me saying what I feel is a bit too much. I am funny :-) Dats what my friends tell me! Sometimes it is important to have a good sense of humor coz that is what keeps you going in tough times and it also helps to keep you young :-p.
