Hello everybody! My eldest son, Santosh is a cultured soft spoken person. Has worked for 6 years with US$8 Billion Dollar company in India in Document Management Domain. He has recently joined ICASL Group in which the family has significant investments in a Senior Position. The Group is involved in Call Center, Business Solutions and Training of Fresh talent in ITeS & Communication areas. Income 2-3 lakhs Range now. Fair Complexion, good family values. Gets along well with everybody. Has an younger brother who is an LIC Agent. Is Non Smoking/Non drinking, with interests in travel/ reading/ film music.
Family
Father 55, is a professionally qualified, internationally well travelled person, is co- founder, Chief Executive, in a Hyderabad based, start up ICASL Group. With American Collaboration it has its own Call Center/Business Solutions/Talent Training Activities. He is also a Writer & Poet in the English Language, with publications in UK & USA.

Extended Family on both sides are retired from positions in the Government/Teaching Fraternity /MNC Companies. All my first cousins are, like everybody nowadays, in Software and /Accounts/Insurance . Many are abroad. We do have nice annual get-togethers and keep in touch over internet & phone. The bonding is just great. Its like family as it should be.

Occupation
Currently in a Management Positon with ICASL Group in which the family has significant investments. Been a Team Lead in the domain of Document Image Management & Conversion continuously for the last 6, in FIC a US Fortune 500 MNC company in Hyderabad. ICASL Group has its own Call Center with UK & US Process and operates out of two premises in the heart of the City. The Company has also launched its own Business Portal Internationally. My role will be to contribute to its growth as a Manager, while understanding the new dimensions of the business. Additionally to lead it into the field of Document Management for the LPO sector.
