We are a family of four with a son (already married) and a daughter. Our son did MS (Michigan)in Computer Science and Engineering and works for IBM on permanent basis. Our daughter will be nearing 22 years by june 2008 and is a qualified Electronics engineer currently doing her MS in ECE at one of the top ranked University (University of Colorado, Boulder). Our daughter is highly meritorious and has an excellent academic record with consistent distinctions in schools, college and universities (above 90% and GPA of 4.0/4.0). She has won many merit certificates and awards of excellence. Notably, she was an NTSE scholar awarded by Government of India during her complete education besides securing a first rank in All India Maths Olympiad. She also won best paper award and trophy at the age of 20 at All India Electronics symposium and became IEEE student member. In short, she is a very talented girl. Our daughter is very fair, humorous, jovial, cool, enterprising, creative, innovative, very caring, dedicated, dynamic in nature with a pleasing personality and exemplary manners embedded with a degree of flexibility and adjustment. She has a good background of classical music and passion for Indian food as well as their preparation. She respects elders, values family and professional life and has a good blend of traditional, philosophical and modern outlook. She will surely be a big asset to the family she joins. As regards parents, father (J.K.Sridhar) did his Ph.d from IIT Bombay and worked as research scientist and Asst.Director at NAL (India) for many years and later in Germany and Holland on deputation while mother (Mrs.Anuradha Sridhar) worked as school teacher before she took the role of housewife when children needed most of her attention.
