I am not used to describing myself, but am going to try my best now!! Well, I guess I am a simple person at heart, very sensitive (which is both good and bad!), and with a strong mind. The latter does not mean that I am super intelligent, but I do have a mind of my own and I like others to respect it as I respect everyone for who they are. I beleive in fairness! I come from a wonderful family who has let me and my sister grow as confident human beings.
I am an independent person but still prefer to sometimes take the back-seat and enjoy the preveledges of being a woman. In that sense, I may be considered a little traditional.
I did my schooling in Delhi. After completing Masters in Applied Psychology from Delhi University, I went to Texas, USA for a graduate program in School Psychology for 3 years. Thereafter, I worked in Chennai for 2 years as a Counsellor. Currently, I am in Delhi with a well reputed international school (as a Counsellor).
I am passionate about dancing...have been trained in Kathak. I continue to perform off and on. I have been practising meditation for the past 5 years as spiritual development is crucial to me. This does not mean that I do not lead a worldly life!!! But, I believe that a full life is a balance between the material and the spiritual wings, which is not an easy job!

My father is a retired executive director in Indian Oil Corporation limited. My mother is a homemaker and prides herself in 'good housekeeping'.Both are quite multitalented.They live in Gurgaon.
My elder sister is married into a well established cultured business family in Assam. I have two nephews.
I come from a cosmopolitan background with sound family values and open mindedness. We are a simple lot with high aspirations. All of us believe in giving each other the space to grow as human beings.
