Short and sweet version of me is warm hearted, gregarious and bubbly girl who loves talking and being with people. Typical weekend would be hanging out with friends, catching up on a book or movie, shopping, gym apart from household chores. Traveling certainly tops the list of things I'm passionate about. Always up for any outdoor activity. While at home, I love to cook and indulge in painting and interior decoration. As far as education goes, I went to school at IIT Bombay followed by MIT, Cambridge.

My father is a Chartered Accountant and retired from a reputed Public Sector Oil Drilling Company in March, 2007. My Mother is a home maker and has been dedicated towards teaching school children. Both parents are liberal and open minded. Ours is a vegetarian, value based and God fearing family. They are currently settled in Haldwani, near Nainital.
I have an elder married sister who has done her Ph.D. in Chemistry. She is currently a Professor in one of the Delhi Universities. She is settled in Noida, India. My brother-in-law works for Vodafone. They have a 5 year old son.
