Hi,
Probably the hardest thing to do is to explain in depth about oneself. We know who we are, but it's hard to explain to the other. One is understood by the other in every new day. In short, I'm quite a simple person with a good sense of humour. I believe that it takes a lot to build up a lasting relationship, and it's not built on happiness alone.
Speaking about my background, I was basically brought up in Dubai till the age of 7 and travelled back to India (Kerala - Mavelikara) to settle down and pursue my higher studies. Currently, I'm settled in Dubai (Karama) with my parents. My father works in a Government of Dubai company and my mother too is employed in a Government company. My older brother is employed with a Multinational group of companies in the oil and gas sector and got married last year. Currently he resides in Sharjah with his wife. I'm working in Dubai for the past 4 years and am employed with a multinational group of companies in the oil and gas sector as an HR Administrator.
Though living in an urban fast paced city like Dubai, I'm a home and nature lover and would go to great lengths to build a happy and comfortable home for the one I love. Some of my interests and hobbies are -
• Reading - basically anything. Management, cusines, fictions, comics, self help books, medicine etc.
• Cooking - I love all cusines. Some of the best loved would be Indian, Chinese, Italian, Lebanese / Arabic, etc.
• Pets and gardening
• Music – Indian classical, traditional Irish music, Celtic music
• Instrumental music – playing musical instruments like the piano, synthesizer, guitar (classical, distortion), harmonica, pan pipes, etc.
• Anything to blend in with nature, like walking in the park, or going for a barbecue, or maybe a long day at the beach
• Lots more
My aim is to build a strong relationship and to be the best that ever happened to my Better Half.
Coming to my Better Half, the kind of person I had ever thought of is a guy who is down to earth and broad minded. Someone who values relations and knows how to build a strong foundation. Someone who is caring and has a good sense of humour. Someone who can accept me as I am, with all my positive and negative points. Someone who can be the best that ever happened to me

Family
My father has been employed with a reputed Government company in Dubai for the past 30 years. One of the oldest and experienced employees in the company, he works in the Purchasing Department as their Purchasing Coordinator.
Since my mother passed away in 2002, my father remarried to my present day mother, who too, is in Dubai working in a Government company as an Invoicing Clerk. A very experienced Executive Secretary who spent half of her life in Calcutta, she met my father around 5 years back and brought back the missing pieces to the family.
My brother, older to me by 5 years is working with a Multinational group of companies in the oil and gas sector for the past 6 years. He married last year and is now residing in Sharjah with his spouse.
Back home in India, we have our home in Mavelikara (Alleppey District). My father's youngest sister and kids reside there with my grandmother.
My father's brothers are spread across in the Middle East. 2 of them in Dubai, 1 in Muscat, all of them earning a living to bring up their families.

One works in Muscat. The other 2 in Dubai. They have just one sister, my aunty. She stays in Kerala itself and is an excellent sales person, when it comes to SBI Life insurance. All my uncle's families are settled in Kerala itself, in and around Kochalamoodu (Mavelikara).

Occupation
I'm working for a multinational group of companies in the oil and gas sector. It is situated in Oud Metha Road behind Movenpick hotel. The company boasts about 5-6 sister concerns. I work in the HR team for the group which consists of the HR Director, the Sr. HR Officer, the HR Officer, 2 HR Admins (including myself) and 2 HR Assisants. I'm responsible for the medical and life insurance of the entire group, updating the payroll for the group, recruitments, applying for visit visas, answering queries of the staff, or any grievances, apporving leave requests etc.
