This has to be a brief description, so here goes. I would describe myself as petite, sweet and cute just turned 29 year old - and also modest :) I've done my primary schooling in India and US and completed my university degree in IT in Toronto. I work in IT as a Business Analyst in the banking industry and hope to pursue a Masters soon.
In my spare time when I'm not being a working professional, I like music, reading, cooking and working out regularly. I am definitely a bit of a health freak in terms of my diet and exercise. With saying that, I do still love to cook - even trying recipes from my own imagination - well first I watch Food Network then add my own imagination lol. ok so you now know I have a sense of humor :)
My personality is outgoing, friendly and talkative and most people find me very easy to get along with. As a person, I would say I'm mostly a girly-girl but do love the typical action 'guy' movies. I donÂt play too many sports but like to watch :)
I am also fairly spontaneous and open to trying most new things - at least once. I enjoytravelingg and have traveled within US, Europe, India and down south. I hope to continue to see the rest of the world when I find my soul-mate - yes still do believe in them :)
I was born in India and brought up in the US and Canada. I feel that my background has given me a good head on my shoulders and I respect and value our Indian culture dearly. I speak Hindi and a good deal of Punjabi - just donÂt have the Punjabi accent so am a bit shy about it :)

We are a small family of 4, just parents and a twin sister. My father is a highly educated ex-Army Officer who retired as a Colonel from Corps of Engineers after 30 years. (No he's not strict and no he doesn't have a moustache lol). He graduated in Engineering from IT BHU, with specializations in Transportation from IIT Roorkee and USA, and an MBA from Pune. He currently works in the Government in Toronto, Canada. My mom is a Montessori trained teacher.
My family is educated and open minded but moderately religious. Originally from Pre-Partition Pakistan, we have been settled abroad for around 15 years and still maintain strong ties in India with our extended family in and around the Delhi/Bombay/Chandigarh area. So I hope maintaining ties with India would be important to my future family as well.
