About her Family

Father: An ex Army Officer (EME) & recently retired CEO from Corporate sector having done Ph.D. in Management, MBA, PGDM, B.E. Mech. He switched to Corporate jobs in 1984. He has held various positions at top levels in reputed Indian Corporate Sector such as CEO, Director, VP, GM etc. including Ex- CEO of Kandla Energy and Chemicals Ltd.; worked for Gillette, Champion Spark Plugs, Vinergy, Magnum Intl., T-Series etc. He belongs to an eminent Kayastha Family from Sobaiya (Bihar).  

Mother: An engineer by profession and working mother. She has done her Ph.D. in Engineering and M.Tech, both. from IIT-Delh. She also possesses an MBA in Marketing, and B.Sc. Engg. from NIT- Patna and completed her college education from ‘Women’s College’ Patna. Recently she retired from the post of Additional General Manager in the Government Sector PSU (NTPC). 

Elder Sister: An MBA (Distinction) from UK, married, blessed with a son and settled in London.Both husband and wife work

Education

She is an  MBA from UCLA-Anderson School of Business Management, University of California, USA (among the world’s top 10 business schools). She did a specialized course in management stream - Bachelor of Mass Media with Distinction (specializing in Marketing & Advertising) from Mumbai University. And, schooling from Holy Child Auxilium convent & Sardar Patel Vidyalaya Delhi.

Occupation

She is an accomplished marketing professional in technology sector and well known in this space. 

Currently, she is Vice President and head of marketing with an artificial intelligence (AI) technology company and is based in Bangalore. 

Her past experience: She has worked in the technology, e-commerce & online marketing industry right from the start (such as, Direct-i, Bigrock, Rocket Internet ventures, Hike, MobiKwik etc.). She is very ambitious and hardworking and has landed in the most reputed jobs in the technology & dot com space in India.
