We are a Punjabi (Khatri) family from Lucknow, settled in Chennai for over thirty years. We have made Chennai our home. We are a close knit family.

Mother's Occupation: Homemaker ( M.A , M.Ed , M. SW. Masters in Social Work )

No. Of siblings: One ( Elder Brother Married ) , Master Mariner , Sailed as Captain on LPG vessels with Maersk Tankers. Now settled ashore----in Chennai

Occupation

Diversified work experience.
First she joined “Fabindia” and assisted them in retail sale and operation of their expansion programme. Thereafter she worked with the “Taj Group of Hotels” in a managerial position which helped her in realizing that she had fairly good sales and public relation skills.

However, not being satisfied with her professional growth she decided to revert to her academic calling of Fine Art. She worked as a Gallery Manager in a renowned Art Gallery and broadened their clientele base . Thereafter she handled public relation work for a Padmashree artist , promoting his works of art . Presently she continues to work closely with this Artist and also takes up various freelance projects involving business development and marketing from conceptualization stage till its execution.

She is actively engaged in pre-school specialized activities.

Since her post graduation in 2005 she has had a satisfying and varied professional experience which makes her confident .
