We met in November 2023, our path hasn't been straight forward but we persisted. We live on opposite coasts in US. It started with messages, progressed to voice calls through long video calls and eventually met each other in person after 4 months. We met regularly thereafter with each meeting helping us progress our relationship . We decided to get our parents involved once we were confident in our relationship.
