Ours is a truly amazing story ! I was in USA for my studies and Anupam was in India. When my dad contacted him initially, both of us thought that it wouldn't work out due to the distance. But anyhow, we decided to give it a try. We communicated through phone and internet. It took him a few conversations and 10 days to propose and I accepted. We had never met ! We told our families about the decision. There were a few doubt's in everyone's mind as we had never met but our decision was firm. I travelled to India with my Dad in March and we got engaged on 10th March' 08, within 2 days after meeting each other. Everything worked out perfectly ! Our families were happy with the decision. We got married on 9th June 2008, 3 months after engagement. I appreciate Anupam as he has always been supportive of my decision to continue and finish my education here in USA.
