Kumaoni language is one of the vital languages among Himachali Languages spoken widely in the state of Uttarakhand, Nainital, Delhi and Madhya Pradesh. Large populations of Hindu Brahmins are inhabited around Himalayas that speak Kumaoni an indo-Aryan language and worship lord Shiva and Vishnu. Brahmins are considered as the purest caste in Hindu religion and were traditionally known to be great scholars, teachers and Saints. Kumaoni is one of India's central Pahari languages.
