Gujarati/Kutchi Thane is the group of Gujarati/ Kutchi people living in the city of Thane in Maharahthra. They speak in Gujarati, Kutchi and Marathi but those who have migrated to countries outside India speak majorly in English. The members of Gujarati/Kutchi Thane may be Hindus, Muslims, Jains, Parsis or Christians. Kutchi people generally follow Vaishnav Hinduism, Islam and Jainism. Gujaratis and Marathis have a distinct culture- be it food, dress or traditions. They get along extremely well.
