Kayastha is a sub-caste of Hindus that belong to both Brahmin and Kshatriya castes. Kayastha in Luckhnow have significant population and are very active in following and spreading Hinduism. Unlike other Hindus, Kayasthas Luckhnow are meat eaters. They celebrate every Hindu festivals with lot of enthusiasm and energy which is applicable in their weddings as well.
