Gujarati is an indo-Aryan ethnic language evolved from Sanskrit. It is the native language of Indian state of Gujarat. Gujarati's are mainly Hindus with a significant number of Muslim populations as well.
Gujaratis, mainly live in the northwestern part of the Indian subcontinent, in the Gujarat state. Besides that, they are inhabited in the Indian states of Rajasthan, Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh as well as in the Indian union trritories of New Delhi, Daman and Diu, Dadra and Nagar Haveli.
