Hindi matrimonial takes place between Hindi speaking people who may be settled in India or abroad. Hindi is the official language of the country and is spoken largely in northern states like Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh. Besides its official status in India, Hindi is widely spoken in Nepal and Mauritius along with in other countries like Canada, Malaysia, Singapore, etc. Hindi matrimonial is performed in a traditional manner with various pre and post wedding rituals being observed.
