According to census of 2000, Jains constitute approximately 0.9% of the total population in Madhya Pradesh. The standard language of M.P is Hindi, other then that regional languages and Hindi dialects are also spoken widely. Some of the most spoken Hindi dialects are Malvi, Bundeli, Bagheli and Avadhi. Jains from different states speak various regional languages. There are many famous holy Jain temples located in M.P that have lot of significance and are worshipped highly.
