The Jat people are Indo-Aryan tribal group natives to the Indian states of Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan and Delhi. They are the followers of Sikhism and follow Guru Nanak Dev. Their main occupation is agriculture and farming but other professions such as trading, army and military jobs are also very popular among Jats. Today, many Jats have migrated to other countires and are scattered in all parts of the world including USA, U.K, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, and Australia to name a few.
