Aditya Sachdeva weds Ankita Sehgal
A many thanks to jeevansaathi for uniting us..found my love in the form of Ankita with whom I am going to spend my whole life with.. “Kehte hai agar kisi cheez ko dil se chaaho toh poori kaynath tumhein usse milane ki koshish mein lag jaati hai” Well, sounds too filmy (read: he is a SRK fan) and we felt the same until we experienced this our self. So here, we go telling the world about our story full of love and an ooze of emotions, drama, twists, turns. Falling in love is like the RAIN. It’s unpredictable, but there are always signs before it completely fall. Truly unpredictable in our case until our roller coaster journey was kick-started last monsoon after seeing each other for the first time at Starbucks. We would not say it was love at first sight instead; ‘He’ was totally impressed by characteristic and tasteful elegance of ‘Hers’. But love is even more complicated than we thought and it is rightly said: “Good relationships don't just happen. They take time, patience, and two people who truly want to be together”. Overcoming our first twist and after falling apart we came together again on 9th December, 2015. May be because sometimes two people have to fall apart to realize how much they need to fall back together! The Destined Love! (Short glimpse of how ‘We’ met again) Before that a big thanks to ‘Him’ for his patience all this while when ‘She’ took time to rethink whether to say a Yes or a No. We are equally thankful to our families for bringing us back together and standing by our side all this time. Night of 15th Jan, 2016 we get a go-ahead from our families and we finally get united in a hush- hush Roka Ceremony on 16th Jan, 2016 (He flew to the land of love – Paris on 17th morning). Another twist came up within a week when we got to know that coming March/April are the only two months favourable to get wed. Waaow! Roka feeling was yet to be sunk in and another surprise from our family popped up. Though we were lucky enough to get multiple dates in April starting from 16th to 20th, we chose 16th April for obvious reasons. The drama is still on and shall continue as we get legally wed this March, 11th. Our struggle to get an eligibility to apply for court marriage and emerging victorious was commendable. As the famous saying in the Holy Book of Love goes, Love is that feeling that makes you smile, even when your life is upside down (literally), when nothing seems right. But still the thought that you have someone in your life who is always beside you to share it, makes the horrible time worthwhile.
