I would like to thanks Jeevansathi first for helping me meet my soulmate..ManMohan(though I call him Manan) I strongly believe that marriages are made in heaven however we need a medium to listen to the heaven's voice and Jeevansathi provides that medium. Here goes my story... our story rather... My sister saw Manan's profile and sent a request..and Manan accepted it. It was then I saw his profile. Initially I had a normal OK kinf reaction. We received a call from his family. Luckily all of thier basic requirements of caste, education, family background matched ours and my parents decided to meet them. My Mom and Dad went to his place and were very impressed by Manan and Papaji(my Father-in-law).My Mom simply loved Manan for his nature and mannerism. After they returned I was showered with Manan's praises.. however I was not that convinced :) Then they had to come to our place but that was delayed by 2 weeks due to his busy schedule.. Oh by the wayy Manan is working as Asst. Manager networks with Airtel and I am working as an Asst. Systems Engineer with TCS.... now we continue.. Fianlly D day was 24 Feb 2008 when I first met him..... It was very formal introduction between families initially.. I liked him at the first sight (believe me he was the fourth guy I met but the first I liked).. We had a chance to talk for about 15-20 mins and guess what .......we were talking as if we were friends and had known each other for long........both of us were surprised how and why were we so comfortable with each other.. There were just 2 formal questions we asked each other.. He asked whether I know cooking..(Yes I know well) and I asked whether he smokes or drinks( No was the answer...lucky me) rest all conversation was very friendly and casual........then the deciding question(I think so he made up his mind to say yes after this one).. He asked what are my plans... I dint get the question.. I asked plans as in.. He said how do I foresee my future... I replied I don't think much about it.. I am an Optimist.. things have been well till date by god's grace and everything will be great in future also (right na..) OK ... that was all ... Papaji finally called me and said it was 80% final from his end and he would let us know the rest.. and if things go well then the wedding date would be 23 April 08.........did u hear that 23 April 08 that meant not even 2 months in between................. After they went I was little shocked ..little happy.. little surprised... and really wished that the 80% was converted to 100% final confirmation.... and the phone rang the same evening.....that it is a yes. Some more family members would like to meet each other though and make it final on 1 Feb 2008 specially my Sister-in -laws(badi didiyan).. So I thought it is not yet final and on 1st Feb a decision would be made .. a decision that would change my life completely forever.. It is said that you can't change destiny.....things so turned up that it was decided on thursday (28- Feb-08) that we were getting engaged on Saturday (01-Mar-08)....... I could not understand what was happening.....A guy whom I met just 5 days back.....just talked for about 15 minutes........don't remember his face exactly.........he is going to be my husband.... I am sure Manan was also going through the same dilemma at that time.. I really wished that he called me up but he did not.. neither did I. So finally on 01-Mar-08 we got engaged to each other forever.... It was a ceremony at my home only...He came very late :( ..really made me wait a lot... I could not see him properly that day..(He looks quiet handsome in the photographs)... Guess what still we had not talked..not even on the next day... I finally talked to him on Monday.. Ok 1 more thing he joined Airtel on Monay (03-Mar-08) itself. New changes came up in his life...we met on Monday after office and went to Kalka temple to seek divine blessings.... There has been no looking back since then.. we meet we talk we understand each other. We are so much in love that it is hard to believe it is an arranged marriage... and we had not even known each other at all before we were engaged..... Lately there has been some problems in my family.. my father is not well ...in all these tough times Manan is my support.. It his him I look forward to .. I cannot think of anyone beyond him now :) One more thing it was my birthday on 09 April....we were together..best birthday I ever had.......I got so many gifts... but the best gift god has given me is that he is with me... Thank you God.. and thank you Jeevansathi. We are getting married on 23- April-08.. We seek your blessings.. I know it will be a super success story as I am sure our marriage would be a great success..We are simply a made for each other couple who love and enjoy little things , little moments in life.......We understand and respect each other ..
